Our principal consultant has always considered that a truly successful business benefits its founders and the people who are directly or indirectly connected to it.

In fact, there is perhaps nothing that motivates Natalia more than contributing to the development of truly sustainable and thriving business models in which the maximization of economic profit is directly proportional to the quality of the social contribution (service) inherent to the business activity itself.

Having worked with international corporations and experienced that, in most cases, their sustainability policies are limited to empty promises or certifications that do not demonstrate real effectiveness, she soon realized that it is precisely small and medium-sized enterprises, independent organizations, and local initiatives that currently have the true potential to successfully integrate the 3 Big Ps (people, planet, and prosperity) into their operations.
